REFUND POLICY

APEX NOVA INC. is a US-based company committed to providing the best product and service to our customers, and this is reflected in our Refund Policy.

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at www.ibluepage.com. It does not exclude or replace your rights under applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.

Change of mind — 14 days

If you have simply changed your mind, we do provide refunds, provided the merchandise is:

• In saleable condition
• Unused, with all original packaging
• Returned with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable)

The refund or exchange must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Change-of-address requests must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering, with the subject line "CHANGE OF ADDRESS", to hello@ibluepage.com.

Defective or damaged items

If you believe an item is faulty or was damaged in transit, contact us at hello@ibluepage.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. For a confirmed manufacturing defect we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, and we will cover the return shipping.

Return shipping and refund method

Unless the item is defective, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or the package was unclaimed, the cost of re-shipping will be charged to the customer.

Gifts, bonuses and bundles

Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned in saleable condition, or its value will be deducted from any available refund. For bundle offers, all items within the bundle must be returned, or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.

Your privacy when making a return

Information collected when processing a return is stored securely and used only for handling your return, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable law.
